Coordination Role
Transit Flow Pros sources, schedules, and coordinates approved vendors for a defined scope. We are not the performing contractor unless expressly agreed in writing.
Scope and Quotes
Turnover packages and project coordination are quoted per scope. Changes to scope may change pricing and timeline.
Vendor Responsibility
Performing vendors are independent and responsible for their licensing, insurance, permits, and work quality.
Liability and Remedies
Transit Flow Pros’ responsibility is limited to reasonable coordination and re-dispatch; we do not warrant vendor work product.
