The Platform
Transit Flow Pros operates a vendor-network platform that connects Customers and Commercial Clients with independent Pros and coordinates service relationships. We are not the provider of the underlying trade services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Eligibility and Accounts
Users must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Role of Transit Flow Pros
We may refer, coordinate, subcontract, or support vendor relationships depending on project structure and applicable law. Listing, approval, or coordination of a Pro is not an endorsement or a guarantee of work quality, licensing, or outcome.
Payments
Fees, memberships, subscriptions, lead packages, and commercial plans are described at checkout and governed by the applicable terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; you authorize the applicable charges.
Prohibited Conduct
- Misrepresenting license, insurance, or qualification status
- Circumventing the Platform to avoid fees or commission
- Fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting the Platform
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transit Flow Pros disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, work quality, or licensing of independent Pros.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Ohio law. Dispute-resolution, arbitration, and venue terms are to be finalized by counsel.
