Memberships and Subscriptions
Recurring vendor memberships and commercial plans are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current period; cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Application Fees
The Pro application fee is non-refundable once compliance review begins.
Lead Packages
Lead access fees are non-refundable except where a documented Platform error prevented access.
Service Work
Refunds for service work are handled between the Customer and the performing Pro, with reasonable coordination by Transit Flow Pros.
