Independent Status
The Pro is an independent business and not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Transit Flow Pros. The Pro controls the manner and means of performing services.
Licensing, Insurance and Compliance
The Pro represents that it holds and will maintain all licenses, permits, insurance, bonding, workers’ compensation, and registrations required for the services it offers, and will perform license-regulated work only when properly licensed.
Documentation
The Pro will provide and keep current its license, COI, W9 or EIN, and any background-check consents. Approval is contingent on verification and may be limited by category.
Commissions, Fees and Payouts
The Pro agrees to the applicable commission tier, membership, lead, or package terms, and to Platform payout procedures.
Non-Circumvention
The Pro will not divert Platform-sourced Customers or Commercial Clients off-platform to avoid fees or commissions for the period stated in the agreement.
Suspension and Removal
Transit Flow Pros may suspend or remove a Pro for compliance lapses, conduct violations, or expired documents.
